2. Delivery method
- Complete payment through the Razorpay checkout page.
- After a successful payment, Razorpay should redirect you to the DIGIPRODX.STORE payment-success / thank-you page.
- The page provides the ebook download button once the final PDF is configured on the website.
3. Expected delivery time
Access is intended to be available immediately after confirmed payment. Internet, payment-provider or hosting issues can occasionally delay delivery.
4. If you cannot download the product
Contact digiprodx.store@gmail.com and include the email/phone used at checkout plus the Razorpay payment/receipt ID. We will reasonably attempt to verify the payment and restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.
5. Customer responsibility
Download the file to a device you control and keep a personal backup. Do not publicly share the download URL or redistribute the product.
